1.      Call Meeting to Order

Mayor Streeter called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

2.      Roll Call

Members Present:        Mayor Matthew Streeter
Deputy Mayor Thomas Delnicki
Councillor Edward Havens
Councillor Daniel Jeski
Councillor Kevin McCann
Councillor Tim Moriarty
Councillor John Pelkey
Councillor Cary placeCityPrague
                                Councillor Keith Yagaloff

Also Present:           Town Manager Matthew Galligan

3.      Public Participation:

        Mr. James Throwe of addressStreet1330 Main Street came before the Town Council and stated that he is in favor of the purchase of the Old Post Office (addressStreet1530 Sullivan Avenue), to expand Town Hall Offices, but he does not wish to see the Town Council Chambers be moved there.  

4.      Communications

        None

5.      Town Manager’s Report

        Town Manager Matthew Galligan informed the Town Council and the public that the Public Works Week and ribbon cutting for the Boundless Playground will be broadcast on channel 16.

7.      Executive Session

        Deputy Mayor Delnicki made a motion to go into Executive Session at 7:08 p.m. to discuss 1) the Old Post Office, 1530 Sullivan Avenue; and 2) personnel issues; Councillor Pelkey seconded the motion; and it was Approved, unanimously.

        Deputy Mayor Delnicki made a motion to adjourn Executive Session at 7:35 p.m.; Councillor Havens seconded the motion; and it was Approved, unanimously.

8.      Adjournment

At 8:00 p.m. Councillor Jeski made a motion to adjourn the Executive Session and Work Session; Councillor Pelkey seconded the motion; and it was Approved, unanimously.
